I was searching for information on the architect Edward A. Sargent and ran into your blog, which made me so so happy. I too live in St. George (corner of St. Marks and Westervelt), I too love the neighborhood and I too love photographing it. Also strange is that I always notice your house during my walks to the playground, and I've always wondered whether it has some relation to the house in back of yours, which is made more private by a fence, I think, but it has a similar style and brick.
